Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Due to the personal-care nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds for prepaid (UPI) orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
